  • The average estimated wait time for a YouTube bundle package is 1-2 weeks. Graphics By Ari LLC reserves the right to extend this estimated time based on adjustments, personal reasoning, or if circumstances beyond our control occur. If this occurs, clients will be notified about extensions and updates on their work.

  • One round of free adjustment will be allotted to each order, after that additional charges will be applied based on the additional adjustments needed. Graphics By Ari LLC will notify a client of this before proceeding with any further changes and will require the additional payment before proceeding with corrections.

    Full payment upon ordering is required to confirm orders. A confirmation will be provided to clients upon receipt of purchase, it will be sent to the email address provided by clients on the order form associated with the order. All final copies will be through email as well.

    There are no refunds on this service because it is a custom order that is completed based on client requests.

  • All YouTube video services require a consultation upon ordering, we can either chat via email or schedule a video meeting via Zoom in order for Graphics By Ari LLC to get a clear understanding of what exactly a client wants to avoid confusion.

  • Graphics By Ari LLC will draw the portrait for the bundle package using the details included in the reference images uploaded to the order unless requested otherwise by clients. This includes hairstyles, clothing & jewelry, visible birthmarks, and tattoos. If you want to ensure your tattoos are included accurately, please upload them along with your reference images.

    Clients will be asked whether they want a custom posed portrait based on the reference image uploaded, or a generic facing forward pose.
